Basic Care and Routine Cleanings Dentistry in Lower Sackville

Teeth logo

Our primary concern at Sackville Dental Centre is the health of your mouth. Basic dental care involves brushing and flossing your teeth on a regular basis, seeing your dentist and hygienist for regular checkups and cleanings, and eating a healthy diet. Today, they use the term Preventive Dentistry. By visiting your dental office on a regular basis any dental problems that occur are picked up quickly. Therefore, when treated right away it will be easier, more efficient and less costly in the long run.

Daily Dental Tips

Your Sackville Dental Centre dentist and hygienist would like to offer these tips to help keep your teeth and mouth healthy:

Brush thoroughly at least twice a day
Use fluoride toothpaste and a good (soft-bristled) toothbrush
Brush all surfaces of your teeth and mouth (including tongue)
Keep your toothbrush fresh; rinse after use
Don’t use toothbrush covers, as they foster bacteria
